Refund of £2,715.50 from legal fees deducted following a road traffic accident in May 2016

We were instructed by Mr & Mrs L in October 2017 and they have had to wait for a long time to receive their refund, because their case was put on hold while the Court of Appeal considered the issue of success fees in the case of Herbert -v- HH Law Ltd, with judgment in that case being handed down in March of this year. As soon as that was handed down we were able to achieve a swift resolution, and total refunds of £2,715.50 for our clients, so it has been worth the wait!

We would like to say that Kerry-Anne has done a great job for us.

From our point of view it was a very easy process from start to finish. All we had to do was supply Kerry-Anne with requested details and from that day on she kept us informed of any new information that she had for us throughout the long journey.

We were absolutely thrilled to receive our refund and will probably have a holiday at some point to celebrate.
