We have now hit over six-figures in refunds for our personal injury clients in just over two years, recovering £102,247.20 across 140 clients with an average refund of £730.34 per client.

We have successfully challenged many leading firms of personal injury solicitors who have been forced to refund the cash, following excessive 'success fee' or other fee claims.

In these types of cases the solicitors have already been paid their fixed costs by the other side and it is wrong that they hold onto this extra cash from the damages, without fully explaining why. They are often deducting from people's compensation double the amount that they should, and sometimes more.
